Yes, we recycle cardboard packaging and organic waste from the kitchen. We recycle office paper through a shredding service and our glass wine bottles are recycled through a local company. Where practical, we provide biodegradable single use containers and utensils.

We have eliminated the use of plastic straws and reduced the consumption of single use plastics. We try to offer biodegradable alternatives to single use plastics for takeout food orders.
