Hey there, I'm Jake Schwartz. It's great to meet you! I performed my first magic shows at 2 years old, making my food “disappear” for my parents 3 times per day. I quickly became interested and then obsessed with the moments a magic trick could create. However, not everyone enjoys being “FOOLED” over and over by a kid, so I stopped telling people I was a magician altogether. Growing up I hid my passion from everyone until I learned how to tell STORIES through my magic. Suddenly, people weren’t made to be the FOOL, they were PART of a STORY. Rather than a challenge of “bet you can’t figure this out," I found I could bring people together through personable, engaging, and entertaining magic stories. Now, the mission for every show is "Come Together, Be Amazed, and Change The Game." Where We Meet We typically meet guests at the Ace Hotel located at 20 W 29th Street (midtown Manhattan, 10 blocks south of Times Square). If we are taking guests on a Brooklyn tour, we typically meet them at the Whole Foods upstairs cafe located at 4 Union Square (Manhattan, at 14th Street). At both pre-experience meeting locations you’ll find a cafe and bathroom, which are both convenient before your marathon secondhand shopping day! For larger groups and corporate events, we organize meetings at a private location also conveniently located near midtown and subway access. That address is determined before the tour and space rental is included in booking fees.
