About us

Hotel Oasi Dei Discepoli is located in the very heart of Italy, we offer an ideal mix of peace, relaxation, history and culture in a place renowned for its incredible beauty - perfect for a leisurely holiday or business meeting. Accommodating our guests with a flourish has always been our mission. A family welcome combined with impeccable service make the Hotel Oasi dei Discepoli an exclusive retreat. The Hotel has 71 rooms, with a total of 131 beds. The spacious and comfortable rooms, with their elegant and refined furnishing, combine charm with discretion. It has four meeting rooms. Each room has a 20-100 person capacity which is ideal for company meetings, congresses, trade fairs, conventions and exhibitions areas for all other types of events which call for a modern and prestigious setting.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
