Relax in the quiet, formal atmosphere of the 1865 Wine Cellar and discover how the pairing of wine and food can enliven your dining experience. Particular dishes paired with the proper wines elevate the full experience—complementing the flavors of both the gourmet dishes from our fine dining menu as well as the wonderful selections on our extended wine list.
Age Requirement: Ages 15 and up

We are still a working farm, with a focus today on raising fiber producing animals. Our unique Mountain View Farm Blend yarn is created from the wool of our Romney, Leicester Longwool, Babydoll Southdown, CVM Romeldale, Finnsheep and Suffolk/Border Leicester sheep along with fiber from our angora goats, llamas, alpacas, and angora rabbits. Our yarn may be purchased at Provisions, in the lobby, or mornings at our fiber studio in the barn.
