About us

Country resort of the Fattoria di Vibio is located at a place where we live and share and host our guests in. The Resort is located at Localita Buchella in Monte Castello di Vibio. The Resort offers well appointed rooms for a comfortable stay. The interiors have been redecorated with a careful eye to maintaining intact the original architectural features of this type of accommodation buildings in this part of Italy. Ideally located at little more than an hour's drive from Rome and at 600 metres above sea level opposite the medieval town of Todi, the Fattoria di Vibio offers an idyllic setting for meetings, workshops, training courses or conferences. The "Salone degli Olivi" has a seating capacity of up to 100 delegates.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
