The two Grade I listed heritage pavilions that make up the property were originally commissioned as a fishing retreat in 1723 by the third Duke of Marlborough. These pavilions have been fully restored and renovated, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and picturesque views of the River Thames. Monkey Island Estate spans seven acres and includes 41 double guestrooms designed by the award-winning Champalimaud Design NYC, as well as luxury private residences: Brook House with four bedrooms and a large outdoor pool, Long White Cloud with four bedrooms and an indoor pool, and Sundial with three bedrooms and a private gym.
