Patrick and his team are passionate about using locally produced products in their dishes and are delighted to partner up local dairy and meat farmers. Our award-winning food can be sampled in the newly refurbished AA Rosette River Bar and Restaurant. Our 184 newly refurbished hotel bedrooms are contemporary in style, generous in size, with handsome furnishings and fittings. A calming colour palette is infused throughout the rooms, with soft lighting and blackout curtains to facilitate a multifunctional space that works by day and night to ensure an exceptional corporate experience within our hotel. You can wind down at the end of a hectic day, or work in comfort with all the tools for business at hand – from luxurious bed linen to an invigorating power shower. Each of our modern riverside rooms features large, king-sized beds, individually controlled air conditioning and complimentary high speed internet access. The Education and Activity Room is bustling with tasks to stimulate curious minds. In the busy courtyard, you will discover a medieval campaign tent, a blacksmiths forge and scenes from a seventeenth century siege. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing.
