The Black Swan at Kelso is one of Kelso's best-kept secrets. Known locally for its great food and atmosphere, The Black Swan is growing in reputation throughout the Scottish Borders. Under new owner Dougie Smith, many of the rooms have been revamped and the menus brought to life. Run as a small family hotel, The Black Swan is informal, friendly and welcoming.
