About us

Think spectacular bay views, light filled conference and function rooms, fresh country air, clear starry nights, prime networking space, and spacious apartment accommodation. All of this can be found at Victoria’s natural conference destination, Silverwater Resort! Located on the rolling hills of San Remo, the gateway to Phillip Island, the resort is a short 80 minute drive from Melbourne. Boasting conference facilities for up to 500 delegates, Silverwater Resort offers a unique function, meeting and conference experience with five major function rooms. The purpose-built conference rooms embrace modern technology and offer flexible layouts, natural light, and modern AV equipment. The service-driven events team relishes the challenge of meeting your needs and exceeding your delegates expectations. The function rooms are complemented by Watermark@Silverwater, the resort’s indoor/outdoor restaurant, bar and cafe with a menu that allows guests to experience the best of fresh local and seasonal produce of which regional Victoria is famous for. Enjoy a gala dinner in our restaurant or relaxed BBQ event on the terrace with amazing views over Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. Silverwater Resort features fully self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments, plus modern ‘hotel style’ Resort Rooms , with 170 individual apartments available. To enhance Silverwater’s unique indoor and outdoor lifestyle each of the resort’s contemporary designed apartments is located beside either a lake or “The Village Green” overlooking rolling parklands, dramatic hillsides and spectacular bay views. All apartments have large terraces or balconies where guests can relax and enjoy the peace of the region. Complimentary Resort facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, gym, games room, illuminated tennis and basketball courts, giant bouncing pillow, bocce court, and even its own oval – The Village Green — the list goes on. A range of activities and outdoor catering options allows delegates the opportunity for some fun-filled break away sessions. There is also an endless range of activities on offer on Phillip Island and in the spectacular Bass Coast region including the world famous Penguin Parade, eco-cruises, the San Remo fishing village charters, surf and swimming beaches, the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit, Helicopter Flights, award winning wineries and golf courses, just to name a few.
