About us

Fiera di Genova, a trade fair & exhibition centre which can boast the unique charm of a facility "born from the sea", has always developed on the sea and is now, once again, looking at the sea to grow further. Fiera di Genova's activities also include several business-to-business shows and exhibitions, open to professionals in the various sectors, and events targeted at the large public, such as the traditional "Primavera" ("Spring") trade fair. Future plans include trade fairs that are closely related to leading products and manufacturing sectors in North-Western Italy and targeted at an international public, relying on a highly scenic fairground, renowned at an international level for its unique setting and charm. Fiera di Genova also means sport, concerts, shows, and conferences: from motocross to indoor athletics, from Elton John to Eros Ramazzotti, from Beppe Grillo to Notre Dame de Paris.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
