The Jammery

Set near our Greenhouses and Kitchen Gardens, The Jammery is a Tennessee certified preservation kitchen that can host up to 22 guests. It's primary function is to extend the harvest season by preserving produce, while it's secondary function is to educate through interactive cooking sessions and other programming. This space lends itself perfectly to an intimate private dinner or tasting experience.
