About us

Hotel Kolfuschger Hof is located in Corvara. It is a high standard 4 star hotel with all the amenities for a perfect holiday in the world’s most famous mountains, the Dolomites. The setting alone is supremely beautiful. The Mezdì Valley’s alpine pastures, the calcareous towering peaks of the Sella Group & the sheer sides of the Sassongher are within your grasp. Each room at the Kolfuschgerhof Hotel has its own individuality. Whether it is a romantic suite, a comfort or a standard room – each detail, each item of linen and each painting has been carefully selected and personally arranged. The Terrace is the perfect location for taking an aperitif, for the famous grill parties or sitting together & having a great time. The Mountain lodge Col Pradat is the ideal place for weddings, events, parties and anniversaries. The hotel also offers a meeting room for up to 200 persons.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
