Hotel Sporting Teramo is a 4 star hotel in Teramo. It is in the center of the province, halfway between the Adriatic coast, which has some of the best beaches in Italy and the mountains, including Italy’s Gran Sasso, the highest peak of the Apennines. Design, art, and technology, these are the characteristics that describe Hotel Sporting, a unique facility capable of providing its guests with enjoyable moments of hospitality, in an atmosphere of contemporary style and elegance. The hotel is aimed towards the business and travel market. The rooms are privileged places in which to display works of art. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
