L'aménagement moderne et minimaliste du restaurant et du bar à cocktails ajoute une touche épurée à une expérience culinaire habituellement traditionnelle. Le Ristorante Bianco possède également l'un des restaurants privés les mieux équipés du sud de l'île, idéal pour les réceptions de mariage, les événements d'entreprise, les fêtes de fin d'année et les banquets pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 50 personnes.
