The Thatched House is a traditional family-run hotel, set within beautiful grounds in Sutton, Surrey. It has been renovated and modernized whilst retaining its original charm and character. All of our bedrooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated and furnished to create a home-from-home atmosphere. We also have Four Poster bedrooms for that extra special occasion. Our conference room will hold up to 50 delegates in theater style and up to 30 boardroom style. It is also suitable for smaller groups and ideal for training seminars, residential group meetings and market research. The conference room overlooks our lovely gardens and patio area, of which you have direct access.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk.
