The company's base and flagship building is the Spanish-influenced Blue Baths. Set in the beautiful Government Gardens, the Blue Baths venue epitomises glamour and style. Built in 1933, it boasts an elegant foyer leading to sparkling pools, a classic tearoom, expansive Lido Lounge and a heritage gallery, all of which offer endless possibilities for your next event. The Blue Baths Catering provides amazing sumptuous food and exciting menu options, at many of Rotorua’s offsite venues, such as the majestic Redwood in Whakarewarewa Forest, Tarawera Orchard, nestled on the shore of one of the region's most stunning lakes or the iconic Rotorua Museum of Art and History.
