Chef Tak will give guests step-by-step instructions in the making of traditional dim sum – including classic steamed dumplings like ha kao (shrimp) and siu mai (shrimp, poultry, or vegetable), and char siu bao (lacquered pork on steamed brioche buns). This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.

Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
