Since 1981, Blue Note has been a cultural institution in New York City and one of the premiere jazz clubs in the world. Owner and founder Danny Bensusan had a vision to create a jazz club in Greenwich Village that would treat deserving artists with respect, while allowing patrons to see the world’s finest jazz musicians in a close, comfortable setting. Artists who had stopped playing in jazz clubs decades before, such as Sarah Vaughn, Lionel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie, Stanley Turrentine, Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, and Tito Puente, soon called Blue Note home.

In 1992, New York Offstage began, when founder, Bev Sambrotto, left her role as Assistant Director of Visitor Services at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Her tenure at Lincoln Center gave her invaluable experience as a producer of refined cultural events. This experience included talent recruitment and coordination with world-class talent from Lincoln Center’s companies, cutting edge event planning and production for Fortune 500 corporations, and creative, interactive program content for patrons, and international travel and luxury group clients. New York Offstage flourished as the industry leader in these immersive, behind-the-scenes experiences showcasing New York’s cultural world. Wellness Beyond the Ordinary Swift Fit Events is a health and wellness company based in Austin, curating corporate and community programming throughout Texas. ‍ Corporate team building at conferences and events often seems to revolve around the same activities: heavy meals and heavy drinking. While we’re not opposed to either—hello, Texas BBQ!—we also love getting to experience a new city and new people in a fun, fresh way. We’re not hardcore, on a high horse about health, or too woo-woo about wellness. By offering a variety of fitness classes, mindfulness activities, and unique local experiences, our mission is to empower the community to practice self-care and commit to healthy habit formation.

Chicago Chop House™ is located in the bustling River North neighborhood in downtown Chicago at 60 W. Ontario Street. Our building is a historic 120-year old Victorian brownstone built in 1897 that has been renovated. We host nightly live piano entertainment that plays late-night on the weekends. Our menu features legendary dishes including stunning steaks, fresh seafood and decadent sides.
