The Nickel

The Nickel, now open to the public is the newest edition to the city’s thriving culinary scene. Led by Executive Chef Chris Thompson, the innovative menu features fresh takes on classic dishes, focused on seasonal Colorado ingredients. The Nickel is available as a private breakfast space for groups Monday-Friday prior to 10:00am, as well as full and partial buyouts for lunch and dinner.
