The Wheatsheaf, Ingleton is steeped in history stretching as far back as the 17th Century. This Coaching Inn was extended in the 1800´s to include a Blacksmiths shop and stables, which we now use as our dining room. One of our rooms upstairs was used as a court house to the Ewercross district. This is where the J.P´s met to renew the licenses for many of the Inn´s in the area.
