The Tredomen Gateway Centre, located on Tredomen Park is part funded from the European Union through the Welsh Government to provide high quality business accommodation suited to today's new technologies. The Tredomen Gateway was recently awarded the Welsh Building of the Year Award by CLAW for its innovative design and it comprises 1,494 sq. m. (16,081 sq. ft.) of high quality modular accommodation constructed to 3 storeys. Business units are available between 32 sq. m. and 130 sq. m. (344 - 1,399 sq. ft), with individual climate control for each office. Business tenants have the benefit of a centrally serviced reception area and access to a wide range of amenities such as meeting and conference rooms. They also have the advantage of close proximity to the Tredomen Business & Technology Centre.

Born on September 2006 in the heart of Downtown Miami within Bayside Marketplace, to provide a unique sightseeing tour to local, national and international customers, offering daily public tours and private charters.
Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture.
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
