Meetings & Events Hotel Casa’s entire first floor is designed for meetings & events. In total Casa has 14 meeting rooms with daylight and breakouts that have a nice view on our green inside garden. The meeting rooms vary from 24m2 to 320m2, where the biggest room has a capacity of 350 people. This is ideal for hosting an intimate brainstorm, a training or workshop, a small or big conference or even a multi-day event. A perfect day goes hand in hand with good food and tasty drinks. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner, it’s all up to you! Location Casa is easily accessible by public transportation as it is close to the Amstel Station. Within a walking distance of 5 minutes you have access to trains, trams, metros and busses. Coming by car? Casa is located just 5 minutes from the highway. Parking Parking in Amsterdam can be quite a challenge. Luckily, we have a big parking lot under the hotel. You can park your car for €4,00 per hour with a maximum of €27,50 per 24 hours. If the parking lot is unexpectedly full you can always park your car in the streets. These prices may vary. Sleeping at Casa At Casa we want you to feel at home. That’s why every room has lots of daylight, a big desk, a fridge, coffee and tea amenities, a vault and extra pillows. Staying at Casa is perfect for small or big groups during a multi-day event. Restaurant EAST Experience the relaxing atmosphere of a living room at EAST. Here the day always starts with fresh coffee from the baristas and breakfast whenever it suits you. Let your mood guide you and choose between simple and local dishes or be surprised by the changing seasonal menu. Pick a cosy spot that fulfils the needs of your workday, meeting, date or drink. Sit back and enjoy how our bartenders prepare your favourite cocktail with care. A living room isn’t complete without board games and a great party once in a while. Rooftop terrace GAPP On the 8th floor you find our rooftop terrace GAPP, a green oasis of peace. Treat it like your very own garden, take of your shoes, sit back and order a fresh cold beer. At GAPP you forget about the bustle of the city, time to de-stress! Simply find a cosy spot in the sun and get lost in the choice of over 30 different craft beers. No worries if you can’t decide what beer you should pick, our beer connoisseurs are more than happy to help you! GAPP is open on every sunny and dry day from 10:00 till 23:00 during our warm season. Hotel Casa Amsterdam The legendary story of Casa starts with four friends with a mission. Casa was founded in the late fifties to solve housing shortage for students. By partly hosting hotel guests in the building Casa is – to this day – able to provide students affordable student housing. By mixing students and hotel guests a special atmosphere is created that never gets boring.
