Hotel Corte Rosada is located in the wonderful bay of Porto Conte, just a few miles from Alghero and from the city's Fertilia airport, nestling within a nature reserve that is unique in the Mediterranean in terms of its forms, colours and biodiversity, which can be admired from the convenient private beach. The hotel is constituted by a central section that plays host to the welcoming lobby, the two dining rooms, the bar, the conference room and the panoramic fitness room, and by 10 complexes immersed in the lush greenery of the pine forest, each composed of 16 rooms, making a total of 160 rooms (some of which are connecting rooms that are ideal for families).

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
