The Industry Centre benefits from an excellent riverside location immediately adjacent to the entrance of Sunderland Enterprise Park, providing immediate access to Wessington Way (A1231) with access to Sunderland City Centre (2 miles to the east) and the A19 (1 mile to the west). The Industry Centre at University of Sunderland provides high specification office accommodation and conferencing facilities. There are 3 rooms that can be hired for events, conferences, meetings and seminars for up to 100 guests.
