Prices are in US Dollars, per adult, per night and subject to a 25% service charge. Package is net, non-commissionable Package is for peak nights only. Minimum of 30 rooms on peak required. It does not apply over pre-/post-nights meal and beverage service is offered at 4PM on check-in day and ends at 11AM on check-out day during standard operating hours for the included outlets. Package includes a maximum of 3 meals per person, per day. Lunch includes up-to 2 courses and dinner includes up to 3 courses. Prevailing menu pricing will apply for additional meals. Special Menus may be required at certain restaurants. Prevailing Banquet Menus will apply for private events. Banquet credits will be offered in the amount of $30pp for breakfast, $40pp for lunch, and $75pp for dinner including a 3-hour open bar. Well & Call brands are included in the unlimited alcohol package. Premium & Top shelf brands and champagne are not included, but can be added for a surcharge.  Set-up fees of $15 per person will apply for private events hosted outdoors. AV equipment, lighting and décor are not included for private events. Meal package for children 0-3 is complimentary; children 4-12 will receive a 50% discount and guests 13+ pay full price.  Frenchman’s Roast, Isla Blue, Sand Bar & Retail Shops, In-Room Dining and Mini-Bar items are not included as part of the meal package.  Specific hours of operations of restaurants and bars may be seasonal and/or affected by inclement weather, and are subject to change without notice.  Rates are based on 2025/2026 pricing and subject to change. Pricing will be guaranteed at time of contracting with Frenchman’s Reef and additional restrictions may apply
