Facility Restrictions Pets: Pets are welcome throughout the hotel, but all animals must be kept on a leash or in carriers when in public areas. Please respect other guests by ensuring your pets are well-behaved and quiet. Cat Café: The cat café is open during designated hours for guests and visitors. For the wellbeing of our cats, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not bring outside pets into the cat café. Antique Décor: Please handle all antique furnishings and décor with care. Guests are kindly asked not to move or tamper with any antiques to preserve their condition. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the hotel and café. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Noise: To maintain a peaceful ambiance, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in the evening hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the cat café or hotel rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests and pets. Children: Children must be supervised at all times within the hotel and café premises.

1. Flexible Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the first night's stay. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 2. Moderate Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's stay. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full stay amount. 3. Strict Cancellation Policy No cancellations or modifications allowed once booking is confirmed. Full payment charged at the time of booking. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. 4. Pet-Friendly Special Policy Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations within 5 days will be charged 50% of the total stay. For pet cancellations (if pet cannot travel), notify at least 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount.
