About us
The Landing Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa commands South Lake Tahoe’s premier South Shore waterfront location. This luxury European style hotel features 82 luxurious rooms and suites and over 5,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor meeting space with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. Features include a full service spa, year round pool and hot tub, bike lending program and award winning Jimmy's restaurant. Three blocks from the hotel, guests can explore the Heavenly Village and Village Center – home to an eclectic mix of boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Nearby casinos offer acclaimed shows, concerts and additional dining options. In the summer months, Lakeside Marina offers boat and kayak rentals, as well as water taxi service to other South Shore attractions. Complimentary guest transportation provided to the Heavenly Village & Gondola.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 181 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring between the time of acceptance of this contract and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. FORCE MAJEURE No damages shall be due for a failure of performance occurring due to Acts of God, war, terrorist act, government regulation, riots, disaster, or strikes, any one of which make performance impossible. The Resort shall have no liability for power disruptions of any kind.
