Visit Jack London State Historic Park just 10 miles from the hotel! Here you will find 1,400 acres containing the "Beauty Ranch, Cottage, House of Happy Walls Musuem, Wolf House ruins, and more than 20 miles of trails." You can easily spend all day here exploring. For the history buffs, visit Jack London's grave site and his cottage where he wrote several of his famous novels.

"Unlike most parks with a single plot of land and a continuous boundary, Sonoma State Historic Park is a scattering of historical attractions consisting of six midtown locations near Sonoma's Plaza. They are: Mission San Francisco Solano, the Blue Wing Inn, Sonoma Barracks, the Toscano Hotel, the Servants Quarters (the remains of La Casa Grande) and Vallejo's Home. Vallejo's Home is also called Lachryma Montis, and is less than a mile west of the Plaza. It was the estate of General Mariano Guadalupe Vallejo, Military Commander and Director of Colonization of the Northern Frontier."

Cornerstone Sonoma is an eclectic place to spend a few hours browsing unique shops, tasting some wonderful wines or local spirits, or enjoying a lovely lunch! the Sunset Gardens + Outdoor Test Kitchen is located here. You'll notice Cornerstone by the giant Adirondack chairs out front!

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards opened just south of the hotel in 1986 and was the first sparkling wine house in the Carneros region! Your guests will greatly enjoy a tasting in the newly renovated tasting room or on the gorgeous outdoor terrace overlooking the Carneros valley.
