The hotel is in walking distance from the Telemark Canal, Telemark Museum, Henrik Ibsen's Museum, Brekkeparken and nightlife and shopping in Skien. The hotel has provided continuous hotel services under the same name for 150 years. The hotel offers 100 guest rooms for the guests to relax and enjoy. The hotel can also organize a range of activities in connection with seminars and conferences both during the summer and winter.
