About us

Chateau de Siran is a charming hotel on the banks of the Aude and Herault in the heart of Minervois in the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc. Located in the triangle of Carcassonne, Narbonne and Beziers, the small village of Siran is at the heart of the vineyards and villages surrounded by South Olonzac, Aigne, Minerva, Homps, Lezignan-Corbieres etc. Particular care has been taken to the rooms and suites of the Chateau de Siran. All different, all spacious and bright. Some with frescoes in the style of Tuscan paintings, others with their spectacular play of light multicolored LED or their staff in staging.
