Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation the following fees have to be paid: 45 days before the event: 0 % of the costs of the event, 30-44 days before the event: 30 % of the costs of the event, 18-29 days before the event: 50 % of the costs of the event, 8-17 days before the event: 70 % of the costs of the event, 1-7 days before the event: 100 % of the costs of the event. Number of persons of meals and coffee breaks can be changed without fee 24 hours before the meal. In case of cancellation within 24 hours 100% of the reserved quantity has to be paid.
