Yes, The hotel is trying to do away with plastic. For a start, Straws at club lounge are mostly paper straws and only uses paper straws.

Yes, -Procuring waterproof pillows & mattress protector -Bed linens & towels washed at 70°C -Monthly hot blowing of pillows at 80°C & duvets -Using of disinfectant in wiping headboard -Use of UV light to disinfect the room
