To ensure safety, comfort, and a seamless experience for all guests, certain facility guidelines and restrictions may apply, including approved load-in/load-out procedures, designated event spaces for amplified sound, and requirements for outside vendors or equipment. Additional restrictions may apply based on occupancy, timing, or local regulations. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Groups): Cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of cancellation, liquidated damages will be assessed based on the total anticipated revenue from guest rooms, meeting space, and contracted food and beverage. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the agreement; however, a typical schedule is as follows: Date of signature to 90 days prior to arrival: 25% of total anticipated revenue 89–60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total anticipated revenue 59–30 days prior to arrival: 75% of total anticipated revenue 29 days or less prior to arrival: 90–100% of total anticipated revenue The hotel will make a reasonable effort to resell canceled rooms and event space. Any revenue recovered may be applied as a credit toward the assessed cancellation damages.
