Terms & Conditions
Offer valid for new group bookings at The Scottsdale Resort & Spa, part of Curio Collection by Hilton®, with a minimum of twenty (20) guestrooms on peak night. Group must be contracted by April 30, 2026, for arrivals on eligible dates through Labor Day 2026. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Perk selection is based on peak room night commitment and must be selected at time of contract execution. Perks are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or negotiated rates unless otherwise approved by hotel management.
Allowable attrition is based on contracted room block and will be outlined in the group sales agreement. Standard attrition terms apply unless otherwise specified in the contract. Rebate (if selected) is applied to actualized, net guest room revenue and credited to the master account post-event.
Complimentary and discounted services, including audiovisual, banquet, and reception offerings, are subject to hotel approval, availability, and standard service charges and applicable taxes. Complimentary reception is based on a one-hour duration with chef’s selection of items, and menu inclusions will be determined by the hotel.
