About us

Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Old Town blends the art and culture of the South West with the modern accommodations from Marriott. Located in the heart of Historic Old Town San Diego, our unique hotel offers a convenient location to over 150 restaurants, shops and museums, and located minutes from San Diego’s Downtown Gas Lamp Quarter, spectacular beaches, Sea World and the world famous San Diego Zoo. We are within walking distance of the trolley for public transportation to/from downtown and the Convention Center. Government (Group and Transient) is a strong market segment for our hotel. We work to build base with group (strong group markets include corporate, gov’t and sports) and push rate with Transient from there. We are in need of weekend business and are able to be flexible on most weekends especially with a Sunday/Monday pattern.
