Ventura County Coast has over 200,000 square feet of conference and event space and can accommodate groups from 10 to 1,000 attendees. Planners can choose from beachfront locations, unique offsite venues, and full-service hotel conference centers. With our famous year-round weather and amazing coastal location, a planner can also take an event from land to sea in a matter of minutes.
Ventura County is home to the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp, Patagonia, DW Drums, Amgen, Hass Automation, The TradeDesk, Amazon, Naval Base Ventura County and even a national park. Just off the Ventura County Coast is Channel Islands National Park, a collection of five pristine, primitive islands that offer awe-inspiring views and unforgettable experiences. We endeavor to build touristic scavenger hunts that mix easy and tough challenges, that are family friendly and fun. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting.
Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.

The Formosa Cafe
West Hollywood
The Formosa first opened its doors IN LOS ANGELES in 1939: making its new debut in its 80th year. Located across from the then-Samuel Goldwyn studio, stars like Frank Sinatra, Humphrey Bogart, James Dean, and Elvis Presley would pop into the legendary Formosa Cafe regularly for dining and drinks. On any given day, patrons might have seen Ava Gardner dancing past the old, red leather booths, or John Wayne nursing a late-night scotch (he was caught making scrambled eggs in our kitchen one morning, after reportedly passing out in a booth the night before).
Among the interior design restorations is the full reveal of the iconic and original red trolley car, dating back to 1904 and is confirmed to be the oldest surviving red train car in existence. Boxes of autographed celebrity photos and storage units of original memorabilia have made their way back into the Cafe.
