О нас
In the heart of historical Uppsala, that is where you will find Akademihotellet, a centrally located hotel. It is situated between the old Castle and the Cathedral. A perfect location for discovering central Uppsala by foot. It houses five conference rooms with full equipment. Its 38 rooms have been continuously renovated and are now very comfortable hotel rooms. All rooms have rustic furnishing with comfortable 90 cm beds and oak or beech furniture. Floors have parquet or linoleum flooring in traditional style. Most rooms have high windows and ceilings except on the fourth floor.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
