Il Chiostro Del Carmine is placed in the higher hill of the medieval, historical center of Siena, one of the first city became worldwide UNESCO’s heritage. This is the perfect accommodation for short stay thanks to his closeness to the major points of interest of the historical city, reachable by foot, but also for the guests who would like to deepen the Tuscany experience, with tours and trip to Florence, San Gimignano, Montalcino and discover everything of the history of Siena, a magic city, unique in the world! Chiostro del Carmine offers three different accommodations in bed and breakfast, for the guests who want to visit Siena, giving them the chance to have an authentic stay in one of the most famous city of Tuscany, with all necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday in Siena. The hotel can also conferences and meeting in the ancient choir’s room “Sala Il Coro” (60/80 people), a characteristic and suggestive room with natural light.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
