Burcombe Manor is set in the village of Burcombe in the Nadder Valley, four miles west of Salisbury. The Manor is a family home set at the base of a 1300 acre working farm, with arable, sheep and pigs. It forms part of the Earl of Pembroke’s estate in the south of Wiltshire. At present there are three bedrooms, one double with en-suite (family room), one twin with en-suite. It can accommodate functions of up to 400 guests.

Some of her first experiences with the city’s culinary adventures were fresh dumplings and homemade mozzarella — foods included on the signature tour today. Soon after, Alana started Ahoy New York Tours & Tasting and has been sharing her love for the passion, culture, and history of the city through food tours of New York neighborhoods.
