Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport, 5 minutes from Nashville International Airport BNA and seven (7) miles from downtown Nashville. Our beautiful hotel is the perfect home base with friendly staff on hand to make your stay a memorable one. Our expansive atrium offers those exceptional opportunities for networking with colleagues, impromptu meetings or relaxing at the end of the day’s events. Each of our 305 two-room suites offers a spacious area to work, relax and entertain in comfort. All suites have private bedroom and separate living room. Amenities include flat screen TV in each room offering a wide array of HD channels, high-speed wireless internet access, microwave, refrigerator and wet bar. Accessible rooms are also available. We offer 7,568 sq. ft. of flexible event space, conveniently located in one centralized location, just off our atrium. Whether you’re looking for the perfect setting for a productive business meeting, or an elegant wedding, we are able to accommodate up to 400 guests in our Grand Ballroom. Our experienced banquet team will execute your event flawlessly. Our Catering Menus will provide a wide array of menu selections to suit your group’s needs, and our Executive Chef and our culinary team will work with you to create a menu tailored specifically for you. Our amenities surpass those found at other brands. Your guests will enjoy a Made to Order Breakfast each morning of their stay, featuring our signature custom omelettes, pancakes, cereal, fruit, breakfast breads and an array of delicious hot and cold items. Meet in our beautiful atrium each evening from 5:00pm – 6:30pm for the Manager’s Reception to include complimentary beer, wine and mixed drinks; check your email or print your boarding pass at our Embassy BusinessLink™ Business Center with mobile printing capability through PrinterOn® conveniently located in our atrium. Our restaurant, TEN Bar&Grill is open daily from 11am – 11pm, serving lunch and dinner. Enjoy an appetizer, salad, or a regional favorite while watching one of the fourteen flat-screens to catch your favorite team. We also offer room service from 11am – 11pm daily. We provide complimentary airport shuttle and transportation within a three mile radius of the hotel. Our guests have access to our indoor pool, newly expanded fitness facility, and a guest pantry located adjacent to our front desk. Secured parking at $20.00 per day with in and out privileges, with bus parking available onsite.

1.3 miles from the airport. Our complimentary shuttle from the airport can be found on the ground level in the garage area marked as "Hotel Shuttle". The hours of operation are 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour. From the Nashville International Airport, look for the Donelson Pike exit. Head north on Donelson pike until you reach the light at Royal Parkway and then turn left. Once you pass the next stoplight, merge into the canter lane to turn left onto Perimeter Place Drive. At the roundabout, stay to the left. At the next stoplight, go straight through the light and the hotel is at the top of the hill on the left.
