Sofitel Mexico City Reforma has a waste elimination and diversion strategy as part of its Green Key and LEED Silver certifications. We have eliminated single-use plastics, use refillable dispensers, and offer water in glass or carton bottles. Waste is properly separated (paper, cardboard, plastic, glass), and we use the AI-based “Winnow” system to reduce food waste. These actions support SDGs 11, 12, and 13.
