- Solar panels on the roof - Rain water tanks that feed our toilet flushing cisterns - Teleconnect (Energy Management System) which manages: o Air conditioning across every room in the building having complete control of temperatures of rooms both occupied and vacant which ensures efficiency. o Lighting is only ever on in rooms whilst occupied o Double glazed windows o Both shear and separate block-out curtains - Recycling of waste o General waste and recycled waste is separated in every apartment. o Collections of General and Recycled waste is also separated. - Removal of single use plastics o Program has commenced to remove all single use plastics and install wall mounted pump packs for guest amenities. - Efficient invertor motors on Lifts
