To qualify a meeting or event, planners must book a minimum of twenty-five (25) or more guest rooms on Peak along with meeting room space for twenty-five (25) or more attendees between July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 for meetings or events taking place July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026. Existing meeting reservations are not eligible. All bookings are subject to the hotel's standard terms and conditions. A contract must be signed with the hotel to govern the terms of the promotion.
