With more than 14 million square feet of meeting, exhibit and trade show space citywide, Las Vegas has just the right fit for meetings of any size and shape. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is a planning resource for hotels, entertainment, transportation activities or anything else you'll need. Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) has the capability to accommodate cutting-edge and high-tech shows with intelligent technology. A robust fiber backbone links attendees, exhibitors and organizers. More than 150,000 hotel rooms in Las Vegas offer a wide selection for any budget. Most are located within four miles of the LVCC. Conveniently located, Harry Reid International Airport is a short drive (just two miles) from the Las Vegas Strip, 3.5 miles from the LVCC and 15 miles from Downtown Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Monorail provides a quick and convenient connection along the Las Vegas Strip. Directly connected to several Strip resort hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Monorail is an easy and fast way to get from one end of the Strip to the other in just minutes. Additionally, the LVCC boasts the Vegas Loop at LVCC, a first-of-its-kind underground transportation system that utilizes a fleet of all-electric Tesla vehicles to transport attendees across the 200-acre campus in minutes. This system is directly connected to the larger Vegas Loop System and includes the following stations: Resorts World, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, and Encore Station (opening in 2025). Future plans include over 100 stations spanning over 68 miles of tunnel, including downtown, Allegiant Stadium, UNLV, and Harry Reid International Airport. Bus, taxi, limousine, and Uber/Lyft services abound, while tour companies offer sightseeing trips to the surrounding areas such as the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon. Las Vegas' dining options appeal to all tastes, from fine cuisine to casual cooking. Gourmet restaurants and theme cafes touting celebrity chefs add another dimension to Las Vegas' culinary landscape. Day or night, the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World offers plenty of activities and excursions to enjoy. In addition to gaming, you'll find endless opportunities to catch your favorite game or match, top-name entertainment, world-class shopping, and dining; dozens of spas; nightclubs and lounges; outdoor recreation at Lake Mead, Mt. Charleston, and Red Rock Canyon; and golf galore.
