Straight to Ale Brewery and Yellowhammer Brewery were the first tenants to sign on for the new project. Architects and interior designers Matheny-Goldmon were tasked with updating the school building and designing new brewery, restaurant, entertainment and retail spaces to blend in with the campus look and feel.
The project became Campus No. 805. The name pays homage to memories held by thousands of students, teachers, parents and administrators that were part of this campus, and to the West Huntsville neighborhood by claiming the last three digits of their zip code - 35805. To recapture and preserve the athletic fields, the City of Huntsville created an urban park with a recreational lawn that connects the new and old buildings.

The Huntsville Botanical Garden is a 112 acres (453,000 square metres) botanical garden located at 4747 Bob Wallace Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama, near the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. It is open year-round for a fee. The garden is fifth on the list of Alabama's top paid tourist attractions, receiving 307,985 visitors in 2008.
The gardens include a seasonal butterfly house, and aquatic, annual, daylily, fern, herb, perennial, rose, and wildflower gardens, as well as a nature path and collection of Flowering Dogwood trees.

Originally built in 1929 by L.H. Pennington, the buildings that have become the core of Iron City Birmingham have had a long history in the auto industry and left a lasting impression on the Southside landscape. Our historic location was considered one of the most modern car facilities of its time. It is fitting that Iron City’s reconstruction was driven by another entrepreneur in the car business, Steve DeMedicis.
