Ограничения помещения

To the extent permitted by law, the Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons participating in the Event and liability for any loss and/or damage caused to any part of the hotel during the Event by the employees or temporary collaborators, agents, contractors, subcontractors of the Client, as well as of the participants of the Event. For the safety of things and people, fireworks or incendiary devices cannot be used inside the hotel outside the times and places permitted by the Property. Furthermore, the Client undertakes to ensure that the Event does not create any disturbance to other guests or conventions, such as excessive noise or any activity that produces unpleasant smells. The Hotel reserves the right to shut down the Event functions immediately if the Client fails to comply with the Hotel's reasonable request to reduce or eliminate any disturbances, in which case the Client would be liable to pay all costs stipulated in the contract relating to the Event without any refund from the Hotel. The property reserves the right to decide whether or not to allow access to the Group's guests, staying in alternative accommodation, in the time slots outside of the events organized by the Client. If external guests, participants in the event, request access outside of the organized events, the property reserves the right to allow or deny access. Should access be accepted each guest will be required to pay a “Resort Fee” upon entry that will be defined prior to the beginning of the event. Firework displays can only take place in the areas indicated by the property and must end no later than 11.30pm. If there are delays in the performance of the event that oblige the start of the firework show to be postponed, the property reserves the right to cancel the firework show, in this case the full agreed amount will be charged.
