The hourly rental fee includes use of main room, dance floor, tables, chairs, commercial kitchen area (ice maker, microwave, gas oven and stove, refrigerators, coffee pots & urns, clean-up area, and prep area), podium, microphones, easel, PA system, Wi-Fi, I-POD docking station, projector and projector screen, and stage. This venue is waterfront of Lake Eustis.
