How to get to Downtown Dover? From Baltimore & Washington & Richmond: Take US50/301 through Annapolis & across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Stay on 301 to a right turn onto MD302; follow 302 to a right onto Rt. 454 at Templeville. Rt. 454 becomes Rt. 8 when you cross the Delaware line. Follow Rt.8 into Dover and bear right at Loockerman Street. Follow Loockerman St. to a right turn onto Federal Street and you will be at Legislative Mall. From New Jersey and North: Take the NJ Turnpike south and cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Follow Rt. 13/Rt. 1 south. Take Exit 104 and then follow Rt. 13 south approximately 4 miles to Court Street (just after the Rt. 113/Rt. 13 split) Turn right on Court Street and follow into downtown Dover, Legislative Mall. From Philadelphia and Wilmington: Take I-95S. to Rt. 1 South. Follow Rt. 13/Rt. 1 south to Exit 104 and follow Rt. 13 south approximately 4 miles to Court Street (just after the Rt. 11 3/Rt. 13 split) Turn right on Court Street and follow into downtown Dover, Legislative Mall. From the Norfolk area: Cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and follow Rt. 13 North approximately 170 miles to Dover. Once in Dover, turn off Rt. 13 (left turn) onto Court Street. Follow Court Street to Legislative Mall (approximately 1/4 mile)
