The new Hotel MdR is here! Designed on the foundation of Hilton quality and experience, and fused with the casual sophistication of Marina del Rey, Hotel MdR is a decidedly distinct hotel experience. Our ideal location adjacent to the Marina Marketplace (featuring over 50 shops and restaurants), near “Silicon Beach,” Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice and Santa Monica, and just four miles from LAX, makes Hotel MdR the perfect location for your next meeting. The newly renovated hotel features 283 spacious guest rooms, a 24-hour Fitness Center & outdoor pool, and an indoor-outdoor bar & restaurant. Host an event for 5-225 people at this Marina Del Rey hotel with 6,000 sqft² of indoor & outdoor flexible meeting space, including a 3,000 ft² ballroom.

Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
