Политика отмены

Prices Rates are inclusive of all taxes, VAT and service charges. In case of any changes in tax regulation during the validity of the contract, we reserve the right to adjust rates accordingly. General cancellation conditions Cancellation should take place in writing. Verbal cancellations are not legally binding. The date on which the written confirmation of the cancellation is received will be considered the definite date of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be based upon the total value of the reservation, as within the most recent confirmation letter of the group, event or conference. Cancellation Policies In case of total / partial cancellation the following conditions apply: Up to 60 days prior to arrival: Booking can be cancelled free of charge Between 59 and 35 days prior to arrival: 50% of the remaining booking value can be cancelled free of charge Between 34 & 7 days prior to arrival: 20% of the remaining booking value can be cancelled free of charge Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No free cancellation applicable The reduced percentage will be applied per service and per day, over remaining services since last update For services cancelled in excess of the above percentages, a penalty will be applied amounting to 100% of the total value of the cancelled services. Cancelled rooms and those where clients do not show up will be at the Hotel's disposal. NH Hotel Group compromises no to charge for all resale rooms. If several hotels are involved, the reductions will be applied individually in each hotel, not to the entire group. No Show In the event of no-show, the customer will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the reservation value (including VAT).
